We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, there are times when an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that makes you claim a guarantee. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of notice of the defect. If the defect is within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first submit complaints to us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. if this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to notify your dispute for mediation via the Web Store selection Foundation via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for EU consumers to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
